Offerings
1:1 Intuitive Somatic Healing
In this integrative healing session, we will explore the use of a variety of therapies including somatic experiencing, gentle movement, and ancestral spiritual work to uncover the roots of the trauma or illness in your body. Over the course of our time together, we will invite deeply held traumas to teach us their lessons and move through their natural process, honoring your body’s unique wisdom about how to heal itself.

Nia Healing Dance
Mindful dance is one of the most effective and nourishing ways move energy and trauma through the body. As someone who has struggled with chronic pain and frequent re-injury, I discovered Nia dance and was hooked by the low-impact, no-pressure movement practice, rooted in ancient forms of energetic healing and release including Tai Chi, Yoga, and West African dance. Nia is well-suited for anyone looking to build a deeper connection with their body.

Are you an organizational leader, DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) professional, ERG (Employee Resource Group) lead, or educator experiencing challenges in your personal or group equity work? I provide consulting and workshops that bridge the gap between justice-oriented organizational change and embodied somatic healing. I draw upon my experience leading the global Black @ YouTube ERG, building collective worker power in the technology industry to develop tailored offerings aligned with your goals.
