In today’s sociopolitical climate, we all need a space where we can heal, unwind, and receive. As an attuned and licensed somatic movement instructor, my wellness workshops and retreats leave participants feeling peaceful, refreshed, and mentally clear. Activities include guided mindfulness as gentle as meditation, as rejuvenating as yoga, all the way to the playful and rigorous practice of Nia Healing Dance.
